my community service experience is really limited, I have really done nothing more than help little kids learn how to play soccer. I realize the benefits of helping others through volunteering and i'm a little embarrassed to admit that i've never done it before.

ReplyDeleteDon't be embarrassed - most of your peers have never done it before either. Heck, most adults haven't done a whole lot of that. Just try to embrace it and enjoy it.

ReplyDeleteI'd like to see you write more - can you elaborate? What service do you think you'll do? Are you excited? Do you like coaching the little kids? How does it make you feel?
I have only done community service once in my life and it wasnt that bad and helping kids with soccer is helping the community.
